Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Reidsville, NC Agency: job.com Pay: $1,800 to $1,900 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP

• Provide direct care to MS/Tele patients, including post-op, cardiac, and respiratory cases.
• Monitor telemetry and manage dysrhythmias and IV therapies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Float as needed within facilities.

• License: Active RN license (NC or compact)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years recent MS/Tele
• Certifications: BLS (required), ACLS & NIHSS (preferred)
• Skills: Telemetry monitoring, IV therapy, cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Charting: Epic preferred
