Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Long-Term Substitute School Nurse beginning immediately through approximately June 4, 2026.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday
8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Student Population:
Preschool through 5th grade

Responsibilities Include:

Providing basic student health care and first aid
Administering medications per physician and parent authorization
Managing student health records and documentation
Communicating with parents, staff, and healthcare providers as needed
Supporting student wellness and responding to health concerns during the school day
Qualifications:

Current North Carolina RN license
CPR certification preferred
Pediatric and/or school nursing experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience ($30–$40/hour)
