Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Invasive Cardiology (Cath Lab)

Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: April 6, 2026 (or later)
Shift: Day Shift (3x12 hours, 36 hours/week)
Weekly Compensation: $3,314.24

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Invasive Cardiology to join a high-performing Cardiac Catheterization Lab team in Cleveland, OH. This role involves providing critical care support for patients undergoing interventional cardiology and endovascular procedures in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab

• Assist with interventional cardiology and endovascular procedures

• Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure, including sedation management

• Operate and interpret advanced hemodynamic monitoring systems (IABP, Impella)

• Participate in STEMI call rotation with a required 30-minute response time

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Compensation Details

• Weekly Gross Pay: $3,314.24

• Weekly Taxable Income: $1,641.24

• Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,673.00

• Hourly Taxable Rate (Up to 40 hrs): $45.59

• Overtime Rate (After 40 hrs): $68.39

Required Qualifications

• Minimum experience in Cardiac Cath Lab (Invasive Cardiology)

• Strong background in:

  • Preoperative and postoperative care

  • Patient monitoring and sedation

  • Advanced hemodynamic monitoring (IABP, Impella)

  • Ventilator management

Licensure & Certifications

• Active RN license – State of Ohio

• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association required)

Technology & Systems

• Experience with:

  • EPIC

  • XPER

  • Change Healthcare

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

• Capability to lift up to 250–300 lbs (with assistance) and push/pull up to 500 lbs (with assistance)

• Exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, and cleaning chemicals may occur
