Vindara Health is a pioneering, clinician-led telehealth practice dedicated to delivering personalized, one-on-one care to individuals navigating complex, multi-system chronic illnesses. We specialize in diagnosing and treating conditions that are frequently misunderstood or underserved, including Long COVID, ME/CFS, POTS/dysautonomia, and MCAS.
Our co-founder and Chief Medical Officer is David Kaufman, MD, one of the world's leading clinicians in this field. As a nimble, rapidly growing core team, we focus on innovative, evidence-based clinical care, with longitudinal data aggregation and interpretation. We have a robust, active patient waitlist across our initial target states and are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help scale our impact.
We are looking for an intellectually curious, digitally fluent, and deeply empathetic clinician. In this role, you will manage a dedicated panel of complex patients, collaborating directly with Dr. Kaufman to deliver comprehensive, individualized care.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive clinical care: Conduct thorough virtual evaluations, establish complex differential diagnoses, and manage dynamic, long-term treatment plans for patients presenting with complex health needs.
- Innovative protocol management: Comfortably utilize, titrate, and iterate off-label, evidence-based treatments, including Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN), mast cell stabilizers, advanced dysautonomia medication protocols, and strict energy-envelope pacing strategies.
- Patient advocacy & education: Deliver validation-first, trauma-informed care to patients who have experienced historical medical gaslighting. Provide education on pacing, dietary and environmental triggers, and lifestyle adaptations.
- Tech-forward collaboration: Utilize our modern tools, including a custom telehealth platform and team communication tools, to maintain high-quality medical documentation and deliver seamless patient care.
- Startup co-creation: Provide direct feedback to the executive team (CEO, CTO, and CMO) to help optimize our proprietary clinical workflows, communication and education delivery tools, and digital platform features.

- Patient coverage across Colorado, Washington, Arizona, and Utah

- $130,000 to $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus performance incentives tied to panel growth

Requirements
Education and experience
Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited school of nursing, or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited school of nursing with at least five years of clinical experience
Certification
Current AANP or ANCC board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP), or Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP)
Clinical Focus
Demonstrated experience, advanced training, or an intense clinical interest in managing complex chronic conditions, including dysautonomia, immunological disorders, or infection-associated chronic conditions.
Digital literacy
Extreme comfort with modern SaaS tools, cloud-based EMRs, and telehealth platforms. Ability to independently navigate and adapt to evolving software interfaces in a remote environment.
Mindset
A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment, values clinical validation as a core therapeutic tool, and remains comfortable navigating clinical ambiguity.
