Description
Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in both obstetrics and gynecology, and is committed to fostering a collaborative, supportive clinical environment. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide comprehensive obstetric care including prenatal visits, labor and delivery management, and postpartum follow-up.
- Perform gynecological exams, preventative screenings, and well-woman care.
- Diagnose and manage gynecologic conditions such as menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, infertility, and menopause.
- Conduct in-office procedures (e.g., IUD insertion, endometrial biopsy).
- Perform gynecologic surgeries including minimally invasive procedures (laparoscopy/robotics preferred, if applicable).
- Maintain accurate medical records and provide thorough patient education.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Participate in on-call rotations 1:4.
- Supported by certified nurse midwives.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Active and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility) in the state of New York.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and evidence-based care.
- Experience in minimally invasive or robotic surgery.
- Multilingual abilities.
- Interest in women's health outreach, education, or program development.

$500,000 - $600,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
