**Job Type:** Full Time
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Director to lead our Emergency Department and Behavioral Health units. This leadership role requires a dynamic professional committed to delivering exceptional patient care, fostering a collaborative team environment, and driving continuous improvement in clinical operations. The Nursing Director will oversee nursing staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and implement best practices to enhance patient outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing teams within the Emergency Department and Behavioral Health units.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize clinical workflows.
- Manage staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet departmental goals and operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Promote professional development and training opportunities for nursing staff.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics to enhance service delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, administration, and other stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in emergency and behavioral health nursing settings (a minimum of 5-7 years).
- Strong knowledge of clinical practices, healthcare regulations, and patient safety standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
- Pay Range: $66.98 - $106.96/hr
- Other Compensation (if applicable): MIP bonus-eligible
