Description
Bluestone Health is seeking a compassionate, experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) to join our remote concierge medical care team. In this role, you'll deliver high-touch, personalized primary and urgent care to members via telehealth, building lasting relationships and providing the kind of attentive, responsive care that sets concierge medicine apart. This is a full-time position with a variable schedule covering our service hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Pacific, seven days a week. Shift assignments will be coordinated with your availability and team coverage needs.
Location: Remote (California-licensed) with quarterly in person events as scheduled
Requirements
Active, unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license
Active, unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
Active California Furnishing License
Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP)
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Comfort and proficiency delivering care via telehealth/video visits
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for concierge-style, relationship-based care
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and evenings within the 8:00 AM–8:00 PM Pacific service window
