Providence Medical Group - Missoula has a unique opening for a full-time Medicare Annual Wellness Visit nurse practitioner or physician assistant. In this role, you will see Medicare patients in all of the Primary Care locations across Missoula, Florence and Stevensville. Providers will have dedicated time to talk with patients through long visits and work collaboratively with other team members. This is a meaningful, compassionate position that allows the opportunity to serve the underserved across Western Montana.
- Flexible schedule; 4,10-hour shifts is a possibility and great work-life balance
- Serve in 8 clinics in the Missoula region, Florence & Stevensville
- Travel time and mileage will be reimbursed
- Inform about Preventative Medicine importance, medication and general patient education
- Primary Care provider experience is required
