We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner interested in specializing in foot and ankle care to join a well-established, non-surgical podiatry practice in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
This unique opportunity offers the chance to work within a respected practice that has built a loyal patient base, strong referral network, and outstanding reputation in the local community. The practice owner plans to retire within the next 12 months and is seeking a clinician interested in a gradual transition into a leadership role, with the potential for future practice ownership.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive foot and ankle care, collaborate closely with patients and referral partners, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice.

Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner with ability to practice in Massachusetts or eligibility for Massachusetts licensure.
- Experience assessing and managing diabetic foot conditions.
- Knowledge and experience treating musculoskeletal foot and ankle injuries.
- Experience managing ingrown toenails and plantar fasciitis.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills.
- Interest in long-term practice leadership and potential ownership opportunities preferred.
