Practice Overview
- Split your time approximately 50% between clinical care and 50% leadership responsibilities
- Lead interdisciplinary hospice and palliative care teams across inpatient settings while helping shape the future of the service line
- Teach and mentor hospice and palliative medicine fellows, residents, and medical students as the organization develops its new Palliative Care Medicine Fellowship

Schedule
- Full-time leadership position with a balanced clinical and administrative schedule
- Average clinical volume of approximately four patient encounters per day
- Focus on inpatient hospice and palliative medicine alongside strategic leadership initiatives
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient care
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $270,000-$315,000, based on experience
- Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits
- 35 paid days off, dedicated CME time, annual CME allowance, and reimbursement for licensure and professional dues
- Malpractice coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, and employer-sponsored retirement contributions
Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO with Board Certified or Board Eligible status in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
- Minimum of five years caring for patients with serious or life-limiting illnesses
- Leadership experience in physician management, program development, or medical directorship preferred
- Passion for mentorship, interdisciplinary collaboration, quality improvement, and advancing hospice and palliative care
