Practice Setting:

Be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team including Family Medicine, Nurse Practitioners, Adult & Pediatric Psychiatry, Speech Therapy, and CounselingWork in a state-of-the-art clinic with plans for future expansion (coming December 2026)Enjoy dedicated nursing support with one nurse per providerBenefit from a centralized call center for scheduling and a new text system to reduce no-shows (currently 10%-15%)

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary with a 250,000 guarantee plus production, offering the potential to earn up to 300,000 annuallyGenerous sign-on and relocation bonusesAdditional incentives include 1,000 per month for precepting VCOM medical students and loan repayment opportunities through state and federal programsComprehensive benefits package, including:
