Work dedicated overnight hospitalist blocks with a true 7 on, 7 off schedule while focusing exclusively on inpatient medicine with no call responsibilities.

Practice & Cases

• Inpatient hospital medicine for primarily adult patients
• Overnight cross coverage and new admissions
• Respond to codes and rapid response events
• Overnight inpatient workflow using EPIC with Dragon documentation

Schedule

• 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. night shifts
• True 7 on, 7 off block schedule
• One onsite orientation day before clinical coverage
• Six-month commitment preferred

Requirements

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner
• Active Michigan license required
• Board Certified
• ACLS and BLS required

Logistics

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage reimbursement provided for eligible travel
• Assignment is limited to Michigan-based candidates
