Practice & Cases

• Outpatient clinic with primary, chronic, and acute episodic visits
• All ages patient population
• Average daily volume of 10 to 15 patients
• EPIC-based clinic workflow

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday coverage
• Four 10-hour shifts from 8am to 6pm
• Assignment runs September through December
• Potential for additional future coverage dates

Requirements

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner
• Family Nurse Practitioner certification required
• Active Oregon license and DEA required
• ACLS or BLS certification required

Logistics

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage reimbursed
• Multiple regional airport options available
• Rental car required due to regional travel distances
