Position Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate clinical staff
- Complete charting and computer documentation accurately and timely
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Follow facility policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active Texas LVN license required
- Direct patient care experience preferred
- Comfortable with documentation and computer charting
- Ability to meet facility-specific onboarding, training, and compliance requirements
