Lead Pulmonary Critical Care-Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant- Piedmont Newnan Hospital

Responsibilities: Performs a variety of patient care activities in accordance with established standards and practice. Responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties and clinical activities of the APP's in a variety of settings to include but not limited to the outpatient clinic and inpatient setting. Qualifications: Education

• Graduate from a nursing program with current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing and a Master's degree in Nursing, Required or
• Graduate of Physician Assistant program with current license for the Georgia State Composite Board. Required

Work Experience

• 1 year previous supervisory or lead experience. Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• ACLS Upon Hire Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and
• PA - Physician Assistant Licensed Physician Assistant in the State of Georgia. Updated NCCPA certification for PA's. Upon Hire Required or
• ACNP - Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Licensed for Advanced Practice Nursing (ACNP, FNP, and WHNP) in the State of Georgia Upon Hire Required
