Our therapists have access to advanced treatment technologies and sports medicine services including Dry Needling, Class IV Laser Therapy, Shockwave Therapy, Digital X-ray, Spinal Decompression, Functional Rehabilitation, Golf Performance, and Return-to-Sport programming.

What You'll Do
Evaluate and treat a wide variety of orthopedic and sports-related conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on achieving exceptional patient outcomes.
Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques.
Collaborate closely with chiropractors and nurse practitioner to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and long-term health strategies.
Help grow and develop the physical therapy program through clinical excellence and leadership.
Mentor future clinicians and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our electronic medical record system.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist (PT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Current or eligible North Carolina Physical Therapy license
Strong clinical decision-making and evidence-based treatment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Passion for delivering exceptional patient-centered care
Strong documentation and time management skills
Commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation
Manual therapy training or certification
Dry Needling certification (or willingness to obtain)
Experience treating post-operative orthopedic patients
Experience working with athletes and return-to-sport rehabilitation
Interest in golf performance, running medicine, or sports performance
Leadership experience or interest in helping grow a physical therapy department
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
Ability to demonstrate therapeutic exercises and manual treatment techniques
Ability to assist patients with transfers, gait training, and therapeutic activities
