Eye Surgical Associates is actively recruiting a fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist who is interested in performing a high volume of cataract procedures within a well-established ophthalmology practice in Lincoln, Nebraska.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ophthalmic surgeon seeking a collaborative, pathology-based practice with a high volume of cataract and glaucoma surgery. ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Eye Surgical Associates includes 10 fellowship-trained ophthalmologists, with an additional ophthalmologist joining the practice this fall, along with 2 optometrists.
The practice provides comprehensive subspecialty care including cornea, glaucoma, retina, oculoplastics, pediatrics, and refractive surgery.
Practice highlights include:
- Access to both an on-site surgical hospital and ambulatory surgery center with dedicated ophthalmology operating rooms with ownership potential
- Established referral relationships and strong patient demand across Nebraska, Western Iowa, and Northern Kansas
- High-volume cataract surgery, with anterior segment surgeons performing approximately 700-1200 cases annually
- Complex anterior segment and IOL surgical opportunities
- Modern surgical and diagnostic technology
- Full administrative support including marketing, insurance, front office, triage nursing, surgery scheduling, IT and HR
