About Innovative Primary Care
Innovative Primary Care is a privately owned, patient-centered primary care practice serving patients ages 15 and older. Our owner is an active provider in the clinics, creating a clinician-led environment where patient care, teamwork, and practical support come first.
We are affiliated with Privia Health, a nationwide ACO and MSO network, while maintaining the independence and personal culture of a local practice. Our team values continuity of care, evidence-based medicine, strong patient relationships, and a sustainable work-life balance.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice meaningful primary care in a supportive setting. New graduates will also be considered if they bring substantial registered-nurse experience in hospital critical care, such as ICU, ED, step-down, telemetry, or similar high-acuity settings.
Why You’ll Love This Role
Daytime weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, holidays, or call.
Supportive, clinician-led practice with direct access to the owner-provider.
Personalized onboarding, training, and mentoring based on your clinical background.
Opportunity to practice at the top of your license.
Build lasting relationships with patients rather than treating every visit as a transaction.

Document thoroughly and efficiently in the Athena EHR/EMR system.
Collaborate closely with the clinical team to promote quality, continuity, and excellent patient experiences.
Recognize urgent clinical situations, provide BLS as needed, and stabilize patients while arranging a higher level of care when appropriate.
Stay current with clinical guidelines, quality measures, and best practices in primary care.
