Requirements
What We're Looking For
The Executive Director is responsible for leading, administering, and directing all community operations through a strong leadership team while ensuring the highest standards of resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial stewardship.
Texas Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) license strongly preferred
Five or more years of senior living leadership experience
Demonstrated success leading multi-level senior living communities
Proven ability to develop, engage, and retain high-performing teams
Strong financial and operational management experience
Demonstrated record of innovation and resident-centered leadership
Experience reducing employee turnover and building strong workplace culture
Ability to lead through change and expansion initiatives
Eden Alternative experience is a plus!
