La Roche University invites accomplished nurse anesthesia educators and leaders to apply for the position of Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice (DNAP) Program Director. As a full-time, 12-month faculty leader, the DNAP Program Director will provide the strategic vision, academic leadership, and operational oversight necessary to advance a premier nurse anesthesia training program. The successful candidate will cultivate an environment of excellence in teaching, scholarship, clinical education, and professional development while ensuring the COA-accredited program remains at the forefront of graduate nurse anesthesia education.
This role offers the opportunity to influence the next generation of Nurse Anesthetists, strengthen clinical and community partnerships, champion faculty and student achievement, and guide the continued growth and distinction of the program. The Program Director will serve as a visible and respected leader within the University, the nurse anesthesia profession, and the broader healthcare community.

Qualifications
- A doctoral degree in nurse anesthesia, nursing, or a related healthcare discipline (PhD, DNP, or DNAP required)
- Current RN licensure and CRNA certification/recertification in good standing by the NBCRNA
- Experience in nurse anesthesia education and curriculum leadership. Formal instruction in curriculum, evaluation, and instruction as per COA standards
- Demonstrated success in academic, clinical, or administrative leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of nurse anesthesia education standards and accreditation requirements
- Demonstrated success in academic, clinical, or administrative leadership roles
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Ability to sustain collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, students, and external partners
Prior program leadership experience and a record of innovation in healthcare education are highly desirable.
