Job DescriptionAs we expand our Behavioral Health services, we are seeking a full-time, qualified Board Eligible/Board Certified Child Psychiatrist to provide care to patients in our Behavioral Health Department, both virtually and in-person. The selected candidate will collaborate with our Primary Care and specialty providers, utilizing a hybrid work model that includes both remote and office work. You will work closely with our skilled team of Cognitive Behavioral Therapists, Clinical Social Workers, Nurse Care Managers, and Psychiatry Staff to manage psychiatric conditions, offer consultations, and contribute to the growth of our psychiatry programs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care, including psychiatric assessments and medication management for pediatric patients in the Behavioral Health Department.
- Provide psychiatric consultations to primary care providers.
- Educate physicians and nursing staff on psychiatric disorders and medication management within the primary care environment.
- Develop psychiatry services and programs tailored to the needs of our patients and providers.

Successful candidates must hold a valid NY license as a Psychiatrist.
CompensationThe salary range for this position is $260,000 - $300,000. This range is based on industry standards, and actual salary will be determined by various factors, including years of experience, individual performance, quality metrics, and job location.
