Kirby Bates Associates has been exclusively retained by Laudio to conduct a national search for their next Chief Clinical Advisor. Laudio is a fast-paced, high-energy SaaS startup looking for a dynamic Chief Clinical Advisor to help build the function as they grow.
The Chief Clinical Advisor’s responsibilities are inclusive of Healthcare Workforce Solutions (HWS), which includes the Laudio, StaffGarden, and M7 brands. Laudio is a clinical workforce solution platform with a focus on supporting the actions of frontline leaders. StaffGarden is a clinical competency and ladder professional development platform. M7 is an intelligent platform for automating and optimizing nurse scheduling.
Laudio is seeking an accomplished nurse executive to serve as its Chief Clinical Advisor, a highly visible leadership role at the intersection of healthcare operations, thought leadership, workforce innovation, and executive engagement. This individual will serve as a trusted peer to Chief Nursing Officers and healthcare leaders nationwide, helping translate frontline realities, workforce data, and leadership best practices into meaningful action across the industry.
This is a unique opportunity for a respected CNO/CNE who wants to continue influencing healthcare at a national level through research, speaking, writing, relationship-building, and strategic advisory work, while helping shape the future of healthcare leadership and workforce technology.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Serve as HWS’s senior clinical voice and trusted advisor to healthcare executives nationwide.
- Build relationships with CNOs, CNEs, and other healthcare leaders through executive forums, roundtables, conferences, and strategic discussions.
- Translate workforce analytics and research into actionable insights for nursing and health system leaders.
- Conduct executive interviews and contribute to the AONL/Laudio reports as well as author nurse facing content, industry reports, publications, and thought leadership content.
- Represent Laudio through speaking engagements, webinars, conferences, and professional associations.
- Support Sales and g and partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teams to influence strategy and innovation.
- Expand your national influence while advancing best practices in workforce engagement, retention, and frontline leadership.
- Client storytelling mentor.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Current or recent Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Nurse Executive, or equivalent senior nurse executive.
- Minimum five years of Chief Nursing Officer/CNE experience within a health system or acute care environment.
- BSN required; advanced degree preferred.
- Deep operational understanding of frontline nursing leadership and workforce management.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage healthcare leaders as a credible peer.
- Well-established national network of healthcare executives and industry leaders.
- Demonstrated experience speaking, facilitating, moderating, or presenting at industry events.
- Effective communication, interviewing, relationship-building, and content development skills.
- Experience translating data and research into practical leadership strategies.
- Active involvement in professional associations, advisory boards, or healthcare leadership organizations.
- Willingness to travel periodically for conferences, executive meetings, and industry events.
