CHICAGO, ILLINOIS
Your Practice. Your Schedule. Your Voice.
Independent Nephrology | Flexible Schedule | Partnership Without a Buy-In
The Opportunity
An established, independent nephrology practice in Chicago is seeking a third physician to join its growing team. With its primary office in the desirable Lincoln Park neighborhood, just north of downtown, this opportunity offers an appealing combination of clinical autonomy, professional collaboration, and long-term financial potential.
What truly distinguishes this practice is its philosophy. There is no traditional top-down hierarchy. Physicians are valued equally, participate in practice decisions, and share a commitment to fairness, transparency, and mutual respect. Whether you're a graduating fellow or an experienced nephrologist, you'll have a voice in shaping the future of the practice.
The group offers an established patient base, mentorship from experienced colleagues, and the flexibility to develop a schedule that aligns with your professional and personal priorities.
Opportunity Highlights
- Physician Equality & Shared Decision-Making: Join a genuinely collaborative practice where physicians have a voice, decisions are made collectively, and fairness is a guiding principle.
- Flexible Schedule: Design a schedule that works for you, with compensation aligned to your clinical responsibilities and productivity.
- Established Patient Base: Begin with an existing patient population and receive mentorship and support as you grow your practice.
- Manageable Clinical Footprint: Provide comprehensive nephrology care across a reasonable number of hospitals and dialysis centers, with additional coverage of select skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals.
- Clinical Support: Benefit from an experienced nurse practitioner who supports the practice's clinical operations.
- Competitive Compensation: Market-competitive compensation with long-term earning potential tied to individual productivity.
- Partnership Without a Buy-In: Opportunity to become a partner in a production-based compensation model without the financial burden of a traditional buy-in.
- Future Investment Opportunities: Potential participation in dialysis medical directorships and other investment opportunities as they become available.
