Job Summary
Provide direct resident care and support daily living activities to help individuals maintain the highest possible level of independence and well-being. Assist with personal care, treatments, vital sign monitoring, documentation, and resident activities while working under the direction of nursing staff.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
Support residents in maintaining independence and quality of life.
Assist with treatments as delegated by nursing staff according to individualized care plans.
Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and weight.
Document care and services provided using electronic charting systems.
Assist residents with scheduled programs and activities.
Observe residents and report changes in physical, emotional, or mental condition to nursing staff.
Follow established care plans and safety procedures.
Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with residents and families.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements
Current Nursing Assistant Certification.
Ability to provide compassionate resident-centered care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to accurately document resident information.
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
Ability to observe and report changes in resident conditions.
Minimum age requirement as required by regulations.
