Description

Clinica San Lucas is seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with professional proficiency in English and Spanish to join our growing outpatient family medicine practice serving Beaumont, Texas.

Responsibilities

      Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care.

      Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

      Perform preventive examinations and Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, as appropriate.

      Provide patient education and counseling in English and Spanish.

      Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team.

      Complete accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record.

Requirements

      Active Texas APRN licensure with appropriate nurse practitioner certification, or active Texas physician assistant licensure with appropriate national certification.

      Professional proficiency in spoken English and Spanish sufficient for clinical assessment, counseling, and patient education.

      Family medicine or outpatient primary care experience preferred.

      Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care.

      Proficiency with electronic health records and routine computer applications.
