Advanced Practice Professional (NP or PA), Primary Care – Florham Park, New Jersey
Primary Care Partners, LLC is seeking a dedicated part-time Advanced Practice Professional (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a well-established practice in Florham Park, New Jersey. This role offers the opportunity to provide care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment alongside an experienced physician and support staff. This position requires 24 hours per week, with occasional on-call duties. Your time will be split between Florham Park and Morris Plains.
The APP will deliver comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population aged 18 and older. The APP will emphasize health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management, while conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with the broader care team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient screenings and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform diagnostic tests and procedures, including ear irrigation
- Educate patients and families on healthcare management and preventive care

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
- Current licensure and certification (NP or PA) in the state of New Jersey
- 1 year of experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Hourly Range: $58-$65 per hour, dependent on experience.
