Dartmouth Health is seeking passionate, collaborative, and dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) and Physician Associates (PAs) to join our growing clinical teams. Available Openings:
- Family Medicine – Manchester Clinic (Manchester, NH): Join a dynamic team delivering full-spectrum primary care to patients of all ages in the vibrant Manchester community.
- Family Medicine – Heater Road Clinic (Lebanon, NH): Deliver patient-centered family care in a highly collaborative, resource-rich outpatient environment.
- General Internal Medicine Outpatient Clinic (Lebanon, NH): Manage a diverse panel of adult patients with complex medical needs, supported by an integrated, multi-disciplinary care team.
- Outpatient Clinic – Same Day Access / In-Basket Clinician (Lebanon, NH): Ideal for a clinician who excels in acute triage, immediate symptom management, and streamlining clinical communications to optimize patient access.
- Geriatrics Clinician (Lebanon, NH): Provide compassionate, supportive care across our expanding continuum, which includes outpatient clinics, consultative services, and community nursing homes or assisted living facilities. Help our seniors maximize their personal potential and maintain independence.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: Requires direct, recent primary care clinical experience.
- APRN: Master’s degree in Nursing (FNP or AGPCNP depending on target role) from an accredited program. Active New Hampshire APRN license (or eligible). AANPCB or ANCC certification.
- PA: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Active New Hampshire PA license (or eligible). NCCPA certification.
- All Roles: DEA registration and NPI number required prior to start. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
