Alcovy Neurology is a physician-owned, outpatient neurology practice serving the communities of Walton, Gwinnett, Newton, and surrounding counties since 2011. Our mission is to provide exceptional, patient-centered neurological care through clinical excellence, compassion, and innovation.
Our providers specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of neurological conditions, including headaches and migraines, epilepsy, movement disorders, neuropathy, dementia, multiple sclerosis, and other complex neurological diseases. In addition to comprehensive neurology services, we offer advanced therapies including Botox, infusion treatments, EEG, EMG, and state-of-the-art diagnostic testing.

Company History
Founded in 2011, Alcovy Neurology was established with a simple mission: to provide exceptional neurological care with compassion, integrity, and clinical excellence to patients throughout East Metro Atlanta and the surrounding communities.
As a physician-owned, independent specialty practice, Alcovy Neurology has grown from a small neurology office into a comprehensive outpatient neuroscience practice serving thousands of patients across Walton, Gwinnett, Newton, Rockdale, Morgan, Oconee, Barrow, and neighboring counties.
Over the years, our practice has expanded to offer a full spectrum of neurological services, including the diagnosis and treatment of headaches and migraines, epilepsy, movement disorders, neuropathy, dementia, multiple sclerosis, memory disorders, stroke follow-up, and other complex neurological conditions. We have also introduced advanced treatment options such as therapeutic Botox injections, infusion therapies, electroencephalography (EEG), electromyography (EMG), vestibular testing, and innovative Alzheimer's disease therapies.
In 2026, Alcovy Neurology celebrated its 15th anniversary while opening its new in-house infusion suite, marking another significant milestone in our commitment to expanding access to advanced neurological care close to home. This investment reflects our dedication to providing patients with convenient, high-quality treatment in a comfortable, patient-centered environment.
