Description
Doctor House Inc is a healthcare company providing In-Home Visits and TeleHealth services in Oklahoma and Puerto Rico areas. We perform home Health Risk Assessments visits for commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid patients. The job entails the corroboration of medical information, the completion of a comprehensive health assessment of medical conditions, medication reconciliation and the performance of a physical examination with vital signs. The position does not require treatment management nor medication prescription. Nurse Practitioners will have a collaborating physician for any consulting if it were necessary.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates to work in Oklahoma. Only Oklahoma Licensed Nurse Practitioners will be considered for the position.

Have great communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates sensitivity and competence in dealing with patients of diverse cultures
Fluency in a second language is preferred.
Have valid and up to date vaccination record with the following vaccines: Covid 19, Hepatitis B, MMR, Influenza, Varicella, Pertussis, TB
Valid Course: CPR, BLS, ACLS – (Only one required)
Valid driver’s license
