Requirements
The Chief Executive Officer will serve as the strategic and operational leader of Altenheim Senior Living, reporting to the Board of Directors.
This individual will be responsible for preserving and building upon Altenheim's award winning reputation while positioning the organization for long-term sustainability, innovation and growth across service lines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction in partnership with the Board of Directors.
- Ensure the highest standards of resident care, safety and quality across all levels of the care continuum.
- Maintain and strengthen Altenheim's financial health, regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
- Champion the organization's mission, culture and not-for-profit values across all organizational levels.
- Cultivate relationships with residents, families, staff, donors, community partners and regulatory bodies.
- Engage in fundraising, philanthropic and community outreach efforts.
- Recruit, mentor and retain a high performing senior leadership team.
- Oversee operations, finances, budgeting and long-term organizational strategy.
- Serve as the primary public representative and advocate for Altenheim Senior Living within the community and industry.
