Various full shift options from 06:45am-03:15pm, 02:45pm-11:15pm, and 10:45pm-07:15am

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and quality nursing care to patients or residents under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), physician, or other authorized healthcare provider, as applicable. The LPN assists with assessing patient needs, implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments within the scope of licensure, monitoring patient conditions, and communicating changes in health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals. The LPN promotes patient safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being while maintaining compliance with organizational policies, clinical standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Completion of a course of study in practical nursing approved by the State Education Department of at least nine months at a school of practical nursing registered by such department, and completion of a standard grade school course; or any equivalent combination of experience and training sufficient to indicate ability to do the work.
