Position Summary: Trial attorney for litigation/trial firm with trial experience/moot court/trial team experience for those with 3-15 years of personal injury litigation. Attorneys will work on nursing home, medical malpractice, vehicular, premises, products liability. The candidates will work under the supervision of a partner and be expected to manage all aspects of litigation, including investigation, client contact, motion practice, discovery, trial and pre/post-trial work, and management of a dedicated paralegal. Defense experience a plus.
Pay: Salary is $110,000-$175,000 with bonus structure for the right candidate and commensurate with experience. 401(k), Dental, Health, Vision, PTO, CLE, FSA included. Car required.
