Bend Animal Emergency & Specialty Center is looking for an Emergency Veterinarian to join our privately owned, 24/7 ECC team in beautiful Bend, Oregon.

Facility and Equipment:
- 12,000 sq ft facility, newly renovated in 2023
- Digital Radiography
- CT, Endoscopy, Ultrasound, fluoroscopy (all used by ER doctors as well as specialists)
- In-house lab (NOVA, IDEXX)
- Dedicated ICU treatment space
- Dog runs (for patients and employee pets)
- 2 surgical suites
- Isolation Ward
- Feline-only ICU ward
- Critical Care monitoring bed
- Ezyvet + VetRadar
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $100,000. 12 shifts per month, flexible shift # based on employee needs
- Production: 25% with NO negative accrual, paid monthly

Requirements
DVM or Equivalent: Graduation from an accredited veterinary school and ability to obtain an Oregon license.
ER Experience: Internship-trained or equivalent experience in an emergency setting.
Decisiveness Under Pressure: Ability to make sound medical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative Spirit: A high level of respect for teammates and a "one-team" mentality with our nursing staff.
Growth Mindset: An openness to receiving personal feedback and a desire to continuously sharpen diagnostic and surgical skills.
