Assistant Director Of Nursing-Rehabilitation Manager
John Knox Village is seeking an Assistant Director Of Nursing-Rehabilitation Nurse Manager to direct, guide and support the Green House Model which demonstrates the values of our community and supports our elders to enhance their quality of life. This is an exciting and dynamic opportunity to provide support and direction to many members of our staff who help enrich the lives of our residents.
This position involves a variety of support in key areas. As the ADON, you will have full administrative and clinical authority, responsibility and accountability for the delivery of nursing services in all Green House Homes. Also acting as Rehabilitation Nurse Manager, you will oversee and direct the overall operations of the Rehab Nursing department in accordance with state, federal and local regulations. In this leadership role you will have a direct impact on your staff through development, implementation and maintenance of written nursing service objectives and standards while coaching nurses to achieve established clinical and satisfaction outcomes. This position requires the ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations.

Requirements
We want to speak with individuals who hold a valid RN license in the state of Florida along with a Master's Degree of Nursing from an Accredited College. Previous experience with high-volume of Medicare A, Managed Care, Post-acute Care and Bundled Payment initiatives. Prior experience in acute in-patient rehab or Clinical Director of a long-term acute-care hospital. Demonstrated Project Management, organizational, communication and engagement skills will be vital to this role.
