About Osborn Family Health Center
Located just minutes from Philadelphia, Osborn Family Health Center has served South Jersey communities for over 50 years. As a multispecialty, federally qualified health center, we provide accessible, high-quality care to diverse populations, including underserved and immigrant communities. Our team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, behavioral health providers, and care coordinators—all working together to support the whole patient.
What You'll Do
Providecomprehensive pediatric primary care, including well visits, immunizations, and acute care
Support adolescentbehavioral health screening and early intervention
Participate in programs likeReach Out and Readto promote literacy
Collaborate with community partners to deliverwraparound services
Educate families on health, prevention, and development
Work within a supportiveinterdisciplinary team
Contribute toquality improvement and population health initiatives
Schedule
Monday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends
On-call responsibilities included
Scheduled administrative time
What You Bring
Licensed Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NJ)
Board Certified (PNP-PC)
CDS, DEA required
Minimum of 2 years NP experience preferred
Experience in community or underserved settings a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
