Registered Nurse (RN) - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Pay Range: $43.54–$47.61 (Base Pay DOE)
Location: Little Falls Health Services — Little Falls, MN

Available Shifts:
- Day Shift — 8-hour shifts, 64 hours per pay period, every other weekend
- Evening Shift — 8-hour shifts, 72 hours per pay period, every other weekend
- Evening Shift — 8-hour shifts, 64 hours per pay period, every other weekend
- Overnight Shift — combination of 8- and 12-hour shifts, 80 hours per pay period, every other weekend
- Overnight Shift — all 12-hour shifts, 72 hours per pay period, every other weekend
- All include every other weekend.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care
- Complete assessments and develop care plans
- Monitor conditions and administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care
- Guide, mentor, and support nursing assistants and team members
- Communicate effectively with residents and families
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
What You’ll Bring:
- Current Minnesota RN license
- CPR Certification
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- A passion for caring for older adults
- Ability to lead with compassion and work collaboratively
