Registered Nurse (RN) - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Pay Range: $43.54–$47.61 (Base Pay DOE)

Location: Little Falls Health Services — Little Falls, MN

 Available Shifts:

• Day Shift — 8-hour shifts, 64 hours per pay period, every other weekend
• Evening Shift — 8-hour shifts, 72 hours per pay period, every other weekend
• Evening Shift — 8-hour shifts, 64 hours per pay period, every other weekend
• Overnight Shift — combination of 8- and 12-hour shifts, 80 hours per pay period, every other weekend
• Overnight Shift — all 12-hour shifts, 72 hours per pay period, every other weekend
• All include every other weekend.

 What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care
• Complete assessments and develop care plans
• Monitor conditions and administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care
• Guide, mentor, and support nursing assistants and team members
• Communicate effectively with residents and families
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations 

What You’ll Bring:

• Current Minnesota RN license
• CPR Certification
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
