Full Job Description:
The Pain Management Center at Guam Radiology Consultants provides advanced pain management treatment and evaluation to a variety of adult patients and assists them in restoring optimal physical function in order to improve their quality of life. Our pain management services operate during regular clinic hours: 8AM – 5PM, Monday to Friday. There is no call or weekend work required. You will be supported by a full team of U.S. board-certified physicians providing advanced imaging and interventional pain procedures. We are looking for a full time Pain Management Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Job Summary:
Practice pain medicine within the scope of license, training and credentialing and in accordance with the current standards of care. The Nurse Practitioner will work with our team of Pain Management Physicians and Diagnostic and Interventional Radiologists to evaluate & develop treatment plans for patients suffering from acute and/or chronic pain.
Essential Functions:
- Examine and evaluate patients in an out-patient setting
- Determine and order appropriate diagnostic radiology exams as needed
- Determine and implement appropriate treatment plans for patients
- Prescribe therapy or medication
- Coordinate treatments with our team of medical professionals in order to optimize patient care
- Monitor ongoing progress and health of patients, and change treatment plans, as necessary
- Provide support and advice to patients receiving long-term care
- The NP will not be responsible for opioid maintenance
EXPERIENCE & SPECIFICATION:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in pain management preferred.
Skills and Abilities: A desire to work in pain management and to grow your experience and knowledge. An excellent communicator with patients and support staff. Must have a strong desire to work in a team-based environment and a willingness to learn from and teach colleagues.

Salary: Minimum $160k per year with productivity incentive
