Physician-owned comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine and Urgent Care clinic in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced Mid-Level Provider (Family Nurse Practitioner) to join our growing team.

Position Overview
Outpatient Family Medicine and Urgent Care only
No OB, no inpatient responsibilities
Care for patients across the lifespan (pediatrics through geriatrics)
Opportunities for procedures and urgent care medicine
Full-scope practice supported by onsite diagnostics and specialty services
Clinic Resources
Onsite lab, X-ray, ultrasound, cardiac stress testing
Multiple procedure rooms
Fully integrated EMR (eClinicalWorks)
Participation as a Patient-Centered Medical Home and Quality Initiatives
Contracted with both commercial and government payors
Schedule
Four (4) 10-hour shifts per week
Clinic closed Sundays and major holidays
Guaranteed 1-hour lunch
Sample Schedule
Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Rotational Saturday shifts every 6 weeks (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
*If scheduled on Saturday, the prior Monday is off*

Unrestricted Colorado FNP license
Active DEA
BLS & ACLS certification
