Experienced Nurse Practitioner – Hormone Optimization & Longevity Medicine
About Greenwich Sports Medicine
Greenwich Sports Medicine is a premier, concierge-style sports medicine practice in Greenwich, CT, dedicated to serving high-achieving, discerning clients. We specialize in performance optimization, accelerated recovery, and lifelong health and longevity for active, elite individuals.
We are expanding our team and launching a dedicated service line in hormone optimization and advanced longevity medicine. We seek a motivated, Independent Connecticut-licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a passion for cutting-edge, evidence-based approaches to lead this exciting new initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans focused on metabolic, hormonal, and longevity optimization.
Manage and oversee hormone replacement therapy (HRT) programs, including bioidentical hormones, peptides, and related regenerative therapies.
Order, interpret, and act on advanced laboratory testing related to hormonal, metabolic, and biomarker health.
Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary sports medicine team to deliver integrated, high-performance care.
Provide exceptional, concierge-level patient education, follow-up, and ongoing management in a premium environment.
Stay current with emerging trends in functional medicine, longevity science, and performance-enhancing protocols.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary: $155-225,000 annually (commensurate with experience and expertise in hormone/longevity domains).
Performance-based incentives: Possible revenue share/bonus structure tied directly to HRT programs, longevity services, and patient outcomes (potential to significantly increase total compensation).

Requirements
Active Connecticut licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with at least 3 years of clinical experience and over 2000 working hours of experience.
Valid DEA license required for prescribing controlled substances, including hormones.
Demonstrated interest and/or hands-on experience in hormone optimization, peptide therapy, functional/longevity medicine, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory—we value eagerness to grow in this area).
Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and poise when working with high-profile, high-expectation clientele.
