Our Health & Wellness Clinic provides convenient, compassionate care with a strong focus on access, prevention, and patient experience. We offer walk-in urgent care–style services, primary care, and space for expanded wellness offerings. We are seeking a motivated, confident Nurse Practitioner to lead the clinic as the sole provider, shaping its growth and direction.

This is an ideal role for an NP who wants autonomy, leadership, and the opportunity to build a practice aligned with their vision of whole-patient wellness. The APRN will also be trained by our on-site radiologist to perform arthrogram injections, expanding their clinical skill set.

Requirements

-Serve as the sole clinical provider for the Health & Wellness Clinic
-Lead day-to-day operations from a clinical perspective
-Provide urgent care–style walk-in services (minor illness, injuries, infections, etc.)
-Deliver comprehensive primary care for ongoing patient needs
-Develop and implement additional wellness service lines based on areas of interest
-Perform physical exams, diagnose conditions, and prescribe medication
-Order diagnostic imaging and laboratory studies
-Learn and perform arthrogram procedures under the guidance of our radiologist
-Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
-Uphold quality, safety, and a high standard of patient-centered care
