Description
The Providence Heart Institute, the largest provider of cardiovascular care in Oregon, is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician associate with Cardiology experience. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding and well-supported team at Providence Reeds Crossing, caring for general Cardiology patients. The team diagnoses and treats the full spectrum of cardiac conditions and offers a full range of general Cardiology to subspecialty services. The general cardiologists and expert nursing staff provide personalized care and connect patients to other Providence heart specialists, when needed.
Position Details:
- Full-time outpatient position
- Monday to Friday schedule, with potential for flexible hours
- No call or weekend requirements
- Diagnose and treat full spectrum of cardiac conditions that includes arrhythmia, HF, Afib, coronary artery disease, etc
- Will see both routine follow-up patients as well as prescribe and diagnose
- Majority of time will be seeing patients in clinic; potential for some virtual visits and in-basket time

- Acute Care NPs or PAs welcome to apply
- At least 1 year of post-graduate experience preferred

In addition, the program is a hub for vast data registries in cardiovascular care, including the Center for Cardiovascular Analytics, Research and Data Science (CARDS).
